New mayor for Norquay

Brennan Twerdoclib has been elected as Norquay's new mayor.

NORQUAY — Norquay residents have voted in a new mayor.

Brennan Twerdoclib received 87 votes in the Nov. 13 election. Incumbent Don Tower received 79 votes.

Laura Dahl, Cynthia Danielson, Jared Lukey, Jason Lukey, Ken Newell and Lindsay Peters were acclaimed as the town’s six councillors. Dahl, Danielson and Peters are the newcomers for the upcoming four-year term.
