RCMP release more details of suspects following theft in Chamberlain

Four suspects threatened man and stole cash from him.

CHAMBERLAIN - Update: As a result of their continued investigation, Craik RCMP are releasing more information about a theft that occurred at a business in Chamberlain, north of Regina, on Aug. 1, just before 10 p.m.

A man was approached outside the business by a grey/silver Dodge Durango with four occupants he didn’t know. The four people tried to sell him gold or other items. When the man refused, the four suspects threatened him and one suspect entered the store with the victim, forced him to take cash from the ATM and stole the cash from the victim. The victim was not physically injured.

Craik RCMP continues to investigate. Video footage captured of the suspects can be .

The two male suspects were both wearing a navy blue Toronto Maple Leaf’s baseball cap with a white brim or visor.

Suspect one was wearing a blue long-sleeved collared shirt; dark-coloured shorts; white and black sneakers; a Rolex-branded watch; and had dark or black-coloured hair with full beard/sideburns and a moustache; and had a medium build.

Suspect two, the driver of the vehicle, was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with collar; wore a ring on his left ring finger; black shorts; black shoes; had dark or black-coloured balding hair with a beard/sideburns and a moustache; a tattoo on his right calf muscle; and had a large build.

Suspect three is described as a younger-aged woman; and suspect four is described as an older-aged woman.

If anyone has information about this investigation or knows the individuals described above, they are asked to contact the RCMP at 310-RCMP (7267) or Crime Stoppers.

Police say if anyone sees the suspects or their vehicle, they should not approach them.

CHAMBERLAIN - Original post: Police are asking for the public's help finding four suspects after a theft in Chamberlain, north of Regina.

On Aug. 1 at around 10 p.m., a man putting fuel in his vehicle at a business in Chamberlain was approached by four people he didn’t know.

The four people tried to sell the man gold or other items. When he refused, the four suspects threatened him and stole cash from him.

The victim was not physically injured.

The suspects then fled in the vehicle they arrived in - a grey or silver Dodge Durango. Their direction of travel is not known. 

The suspects are described as: a man with a beard who was wearing shorts and a Rolex-brand watch; a heavyset man; a younger-aged woman; and an older-aged woman.

The suspects may be armed, and are therefore considered dangerous. Police say they should not be approached.

If anyone sees the suspect vehicle – a grey or silver Dodge Durango, or four people matching the descriptions provided, they should contact police immediately by calling 911.
