REGINA - In order to accommodate downtown activity during the festival, The City of Regina has made a temporary transit stop change.
Between Jan. 25 and Feb. 3, Stop 4001 will be temporarily located further south on the same block (towards Victoria Avenue). This stop services routes 8–Eastview and 50–Victoria Express.

Downtown activities during FROST include public skating on the Rink @ City Square, Crokicurl and Frost After Dark at Regina's downtown pubs. Special events include a pancake breakfast, programming with the Regina Public Library and The Grind, a premier street-style snowboarding series to be held in Victoria Park.
