MOOSE JAW — The City of Moose Jaw is expecting up to 25 centimetres of snow starting Wednesday morning and will be monitoring incoming moisture closely.

Crews will be working to keep roads clear while snow continues, and priority snow clearing will begin when snowfall and extreme winds come to an end. Updates will be provided once the storm concludes, and crews move into clearing priority 1 routes.

As per the winter maintenance policy, the city is tentatively expecting to begin clearing priority 2 routes on Friday, Dec. 20 and asks residents to refrain from parking along these routes starting at 7 a.m. that day.

The city reminds residents to always keep a safe distance from equipment for the safety of everyone. No more #NotoriouslyClose calls.

The city also thanks residents for their patience and understanding.
