WEYBURN - St. Michael School was packed with standing-room only crowds twice on Tuesday, for two concerts by the school's youngest students.
In the afternoon, students from Pre-K, Kindergarten and Grade 1 classes performed a concert with the overall theme of the First Christmas, with each group of students providing narrators and a song, all telling the story of the birth of baby Jesus.
The evening concert had the theme of "The Christmas Recipe", wherein cooks shared the key ingredients for making a perfect Christmas, relating the story of the first Christmas.
The Grades 4-6 concert will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 6:30 p.m. The junior high grades had an art show and band concert on Dec. 4.
