In 1974 mom and dad moved back to Lang where they started their family. Tami, Mark and Mike were all raised in Lang. Mom took time while raising the kids to do things that she loved like sewing, crafts and various home businesses. Mom began her career working at Beautiful Plains Villa in 1989 as a care aid. This sparked her lifelong passion for caring for others. Hard work and dedication helped her move into management positions. She managed homes in Yellow Grass, Weyburn, Avonlea, Gull Lake and Pontiex. In 2001 mom started in Regina at the Marion Chateau as the duty manager. After three years she left to become the General Manager of The Bentley at Hillsdale in Regina. She was a dedicated and devoted employee right up until the time of her diagnosis. We would like to send heartfelt thanks to the doctors in Regina, Dr. Kumar, Dr. Koul and Dr. Khan. As well as all the nurses and staff at the Pasqua and General hospitals in Regina and Tatagwa View in Weyburn.
