Our wonderful husband, father and grandfather Robert (Bob) Andrew Pulfer passed away at the age of 82, December 9, 2016 in the Weyburn Palliative Unit. Bob was born in Weyburn, December 4, 1934. He will be forever remembered by his wife of 58 years, Elaine of Weyburn; son, Rick Pulfer; daughter, Terri Pulfer; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Jim McDonald; grandchildren, Kylie (Kirk Russell) McDonald, and Dylan McDonald and Sara McGratten; and his loving brother and partner in farming, Bill and sister-in-law, Myrna Pulfer; sister-in-law, Shirl Fitzpatrick, and brother-in-law, Russ Gowan, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Arnold and Mary Pulfer; in-laws, Van and Millie Gowan; brother-in-law, Terry Fitzpatrick, and sister-in-law, Margaret Gowan. Bob was a gentle, kind man who lived his life filled with love for his family and his land. It was the simple things in life that brought him the most pleasure: throwing a curling rock, duck hunting, fishing, harvesting a field, enjoying happy hour and supper with family and friends. Those who met and came to know Bob, know that his approach to life was to be honest, hardworking, and to be always a gentleman. A celebration of Bob’s life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 3:00 P.M.
