Raymond Douglas Forseth, late of Weyburn passed away Monday April 9, 2012, at the age of 61 years. Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Anna Forseth, and his brother Edward. Left to cherish the memory of Raymond are his sisters: Evelyn (Gordon) Neufeld, Theodore, Shirley Skinner, Weyburn; brother, Douglas Forseth, Oungre, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends at Legion Towers. Ray was born and raised in Weyburn and took his schooling at Haig Elementary. He went into the work force going from the oilfield, transport trucking, carpentry, building bin floors for Pool and then ended calling Bingo for the Local Legion Club, Dreamland Bingo Palace (Fort Qu'Appelle Ltd.) and the last 10 years for the Knights of Columbus in McKenna Hall. Ray so enjoyed visiting with people and made many friends, with whom he always had a story or a joke to share. In Ray's younger days he also enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and was a phenominal pool player. A private family graveside service of remembrance for Raymond was held on Monday, April 16 at 2:30 p.m. at Green Acres Memorial Gardens Weyburn with Rev. John Ferrier officiating.
