The family and friends of Randy Muir mourn his passing after a two year battle with cancer. He is survived by his daughters Christine and Natalie, along with his devoted and loving fiancé Brenda, who cared for him from beginning to end. Randy is predeceased by his wife, Darlene in 2004, his parents Mac and Phyl Muir and his special aunt and uncle, Olive and Tom Cockram. Randy was born and raised in Saskatchewan with his brothers, Rick (Diane), Darcy (Loretta) and his sisters, Terry (Tim), Jackie (Bruce). Randy lived and attended school in Yellow Grass from 1968-70. He cherished those years with Tom and Olive, as they did. He made great friendships with all who knew him, including Rev. Dale and Marlene Cuming, who he had a life-long relationship with. When his family moved to Kelowna, BC in 1970, Randy went to visit and remained there. Randy was glad to be confirmed into the United Church at Yellow Grass. Any donations in his name may be made to the United Church (Memorial Fund), Box 159, Yellow Grass, SK S0G 5J0.
