Loretta Lorrane Winters, late of Weyburn, passed away February 11, 2016, at the age of 76 years. Loretta was predeceased by her parents: Frank and Catherine Seitz (nee: Uhrich); sister Dorothy Seitz. She is survived by her children: son Stephen (Joanne) Winters, grandchildren: Danielle and Cody, Weyburn, daughter Shelley Bartlow, grandchild Tina Uraine (Aaron) Phoenix, AZ, son Lance (Bridget) Winters, Winnipeg, MB, daughter Angela (Randy) Martinson, Weyburn, grandchild Chad (Sheila) Martinson, Regina; sister: Jeannette Olfert, Weyburn, and brother Leo Seitz, Vancouver, BC. Loretta was born on December 15, 1939, at Cedoux. She loved her children and grandchildren. She especially loved getting together for meals or coffee and chatting. Baking was a joy for her and something she was especially good at, many times taking over the kitchen at her children鈥檚 homes, or advising how she would do this or that. Nature, in the form of butterflies, ladybugs and trees held a special place in Loretta鈥檚 heart. She loved crafting and never passed up an opportunity to gather pine cones or press that really pretty leaf.聽 She will be greatly missed by her family and those that knew her. A private Celebration of Life service will be held at a future date.
