Loretta passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the William Booth Special Care Home on January 30, 2013 at the age of 95 years. She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Bev (Blair) Buchan, Dorothy (Maurice) Herauf; grandchildren, Brad (Kim) Buchan, Greg (Sarah) Buchan, Dawn and Jill Herauf; great grandchildren, Maggie, Ben, Addey and Keeley Buchan. She was predeceased by her husband Laurence; parents, Leo and Elizabeth Crough; sister, Eleanor and brother, Elmer. Mom was a very kind and caring lady, always willing to give a helping hand. Despite any adversities she had in her life, her strong constitution kept her moving forward. She enjoyed family gatherings, and the little ones always brought a sparkle to her eyes. She looked forward to the weekly cribbage challenge with her good friend, Virgie Selinger. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice. A family interment at Fillmore Cemetery will occur at a later date.
