Gordon Pow, late of Weyburn, passed away September 29, 2013, at the age of 97 years. Gordon was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Elspeth Pow; his wife Elsie Pow; brother John Pow; sister Marjorie Yingst; grandson Trevor Roesslein. Gordon is survived by two daughters: Linda Ebel (Gerry Ferner), Weyburn and family, Jody (Jamie) Godlonton and children, [Cody, Levi, Meaghan, Wyatt and Cole], Stacey (Korey) Roesslein-McIvor and family [Austin, Trey, Cameron and Reis], Elva (Dwaine) Fiechter, Weyburn and family, Paul and children [Cody and Kayla], Shawna (Shane) Cole and family [Luke and James]; sister-in-law Hilda (Gordon) Lansdell, Weyburn as well as several nieces and nephews. Viewing for Gordon was held on Wednesday, October 2 at 7:30 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel. A funeral service for Gordon was held on Thursday, October 3 at 2:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn with Rev. John Ferrier, officiating. Interment followed at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn. Lunch was held following the interment at RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn. Honorary pallbearers were all in attendance.
