We are saddened to announce that Gord Strom of White City, born on August 25, 1952 in Lake Alma, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 26, 2016. Gord will be forever missed and cherished by his loving wife Joan; daughters Amy (Craig) Saworski, Mindy Strom and Tammy (Dale) Locken; grandsons Mitchell and Jaxon Saworski. He will be lovingly remembered by his mom Lucille Strom; brothers Danny (Ann) and Duane; sister Diane (Lorne) Forsberg; as well as numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Gord was predeceased by his dad Melvin Strom; brother and sister-in-law Marvin and Donalda Strom. A casual celebration of Gord’s life will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK, Thursday, September 1, 6:30 p.m. A full obituary will appear in the Regina Leader Post.
