Evelyn Jean Logel passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 8, 2016 after a courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig鈥檚 Disease). Evelyn was predeceased by her parents: Fred and Eleanor Duce; sister Irene Griemann; son William John (Jack) Logel. Evelyn is survived by her husband: Harold 鈥淏ud鈥� Logel; daughter: Janice (Bruce) Clark and children Kelly (Jill) Clark, Kyla (Jeremy) Forster, Curtis (Morgan) Clark; son Lyle (Colleen) Logel and children Brian (Abbey) Logel, Dale (Jennifer) Logel, Jessica (Darren) Kurtz, Evann (Derek) Kurtz; Jack鈥檚 children: Nathan Logel, Chris (Christina) Logel; 17 great grandchildren; brother Robert (Val) Duce; brother-in-law Peter Griemann; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life for Evelyn was held Monday, September 12, at 2:00 pm from the Grace United Church, Weyburn, with Rev. M. Barnabas officiating. Interment was held at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, followed by lunch at the Royal Canadian Legion, Weyburn. Honorary Pallbearers were: Lee McLeod, Loretta Birnie, Ross and Donna Windrim, Richard and Ann Schneider, Ernie and Marion Loucks.
