WCS students compete in SBTA Case Competition

Weyburn business students won second in the Social category, during the recent SBTA Case Competition and Conference.

Nine students from Weyburn recently competed in the Saskatchewan Business Teachers Association (SBTA) Case Competition and Conference at the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatoon, held May 5 and May 6.

WCS business teacher Margot Arnold and Cyberstone teacher Kayla Henderson accompanied the students and attended a teacher conference at the event. This was the first time these students entered a Business Case Competition. They won second in the Social category.

Many skillsets were enhanced and developed including problem-solving, analyzing, collaboration, and teamwork to name a few.
