The winner has been announced in the Carlyle Observer's Summer Photo Contest
River Onufreychuk captured this great photo while fishing at sunset near Alameda earlier this summer.
For his photography skills, River won a $50 gift card to Carlyle Home Hardware. And he gets to have his picture in the paper once again.
The winner was selected by Observer Staff members and contributors.
The Observer would like to thank everyone who entered this year's competition. It proved to be a difficult decision to select a winner, and the voting was very close.
