ESTEVAN - The fifth annual Festival of Lights at Woodlawn Regional Park is now underway.
The community event features dozens of brightly decorated displays at the park's Souris River campground.
The first night for the festival was Dec. 17. Many people have been driving through the park to see the lights.
Businesses, organizations, churches and families are participating.
The festival will continue until Jan. 8, 2022.
