The Weyburn KFC restaurant held a ribbon-cutting for their grand reopening on Monday morning. From left to right are Mayor Marcel Roy; Larry Heggs, president, Weyburn Chamber of Commerce; Debbie Clemensen, assistant store manager; Louvie Santos, restaurant general manager; owner Larry Semen; Reeve Carmen Sterling of the RM of Weyburn; and Joseph Yaworski, operations, KFC Canada. Major renovations of the restaurant began in October and were completed earlier this year. This Weyburn store has been in place since 1968, and of the 650 KFC stores across Canada, is the only store with a buffet.
