ESTEVAN: Another court appearance has been made by a Gainsborough man, arrested in connection with the death of a woman from Oxbow.
Tyler Shaw, 27, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder, and he’ll appear in Estevan court again on Nov. 4.
His co-accused, 24-year-old Taylor Japp of Oxbow, is charged with second-degree murder, and he returns to court in Carlyle for a Preliminary Hearing next June.
On April 25, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes was discovered at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.
