        The Kenosee Ladies Golf Tournament was hosted on Saturday, Aug. 13, with 144 golfers in attendance. The day began with a shotgun start at noon and continued throughout the day.
               The best costume winners were Betty Drumm, Val Cawood, Sharon Sauter, and Jill Sauter.
               Winners of the first flight and overall winners were Bev Grimes, Alison Dunning, Maggie Stephens, and Barb Weber.
               There was also a putting contest hosted during the day where $800 was raised for the Kenosee Village Greenspace Project.
               There was also a mystery prize which was drawn for and Sharon Sauter was the recipient of the themed prize from the Carlyle Observer of four tickets to the Cirque du Soleil performance in Winnipeg.
