The Estevan TS&M bantam AA Bruins were on the road for a trio of contests this past week. They were in Regina on Saturday where they skated to a 6-6 tie with the Canucks. Mason Benning, Zach Paxman and Lynnden Pastachak each had two goal efforts for Estevan in the tie while Chase McKersie added three assists.
On Sunday, the Bruins were in Lumsden, where they came out hard and earned a 4-3 victory over the Lions. Pastachak led the way with two goals and an assist, while the other Bruin scorers were McKersie and Regan Haukness. Austin Wilvers earned the victory in goal.Estevan wrapped up their three-game road set on Monday evening against the Prairie Storm in Fort Qu'Appelle, however game results were not available before press time.The Bruins are home for a pair of games this weekend, starting on Friday when they host Melville at the Civic at 8 p.m. On Sunday evening, the Bruins will welcome Weyburn to the Civic at 6:15.
