The members of the "Rider Priders" hockey team from the Saskatchewan Roughriders football team sit at a football-themed table up on stage at McKenna Hall on Sunday for the luncheon organized by Weyburn Rider Nation as part of a day-long fundraising event.

The Riders are, from the front going back, Jason Clermont, Chris Getzlaf, Jordan Sisco, Marcus Adams, Shomari Williams, Chris Best, Tamon George, Brent Hawkins, Nick Hutchins and Dan Clark.

The day included a live auction and question-and-answer period, an autograph session at the hockey rink, then the hockey game between the Rider Priders and the Rider Nation Generals.

Initial estimates were the event had raised over $20,000 for Weyburn Minor Football.
