The Estevan based Trent's Tire curling team consisting of skip Colby Fessler, third Karlee Fessler, second Layne Hawrylak, and lead Taylor Marcotte competed in the Regina Youth Junior Boys/Mixed 17 and under Bonspiel Dec. 27-30, 2010.
The Trent's Tire rink won their first three games, which put them in the A-side qualifier where despite a playing very well they lost a close game, sending them down to the D-side. The team then reeled off three consecutive victories to win the D-side, and advance to the championship round.
They would then fall in the championship semi-final game, and finished the event with a 6-2 record.
The next competition for the Trent's Tire curling team will be on January 8-9, in Weyburn.
