The eighth annual Damon Goski Scholarship Bonspiel was held on November 13 at the Weyburn Curling Club. First place went to the Weyburn Curling Club #1 Team, with second going to the Tokarz team, third to the J. Miller rink and fourth to the Weyburn Curling Club #2 Team.
Raffle winners were: $500 car care package - Rhonda Schwindt; Leaf Blower - Brock Maguire; Sports Bag - Kent Formdahl; Sports Clock - Laurie Lund. The winner of the 50/50 Draw was the Maguire Team.
Money raised goes to support Junior Curling, an annual $1,000 scholarship given at the Weyburn Comprehensive School and various other sports and events.
