Over the past weekend the Atom Cougars played two league games. On Saturday November 16th, the Oxbow Huskies were in town. Both teams played hard and this was an action packed game. Our goalie Zane Winter did a great job & kept the game close, but we couldn't pull out a win, losing 6 - 11. Goals were scored by Cadence Chapman (3), Degan Galbraith, Coty Hofos & Krimson Standingready. Assists went to Hayden McArthur, Degan and Coty.

Sunday, November 17th the Cougars played in Carnduff. The Devils are a tough team and Zane played very well, facing over 50 shots on goal. The team put out a great effort, but the offense just couldn't connect. The final score was 5-1 for Carnduff, Carlyle's only goal being scored by Hayden McArthur with his slap-shot from the blue line.

Coaching staff Brian Hagel, Todd Magotiax and Troy Turner are doing a great job with these kids. They work hard at practices and show improvement at each game. This week they are preparing for a tournament in Estevan, November 23 & 24th. GOOD LUCK TEAM!
