ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Two 911 calls were received - one of which was a young child who dialled the number after seeing a commercial for 911 on television. Both calls were of a non-emergency nature.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ One alarm was triggered in error in the detachment area this week.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Assaults

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ RCMP responded to two assaults during this period. One was a domestic assault and one incident is still under investigation by police.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Members provided assistance to a member of the public.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ An individual was found to be in breach of their release conditions.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Members responded to two incidents under the Child Welfare Act.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Police conducted several curfew checks during this period.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Drugs

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ An individual was charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. This matter is still under invesigation by RCMP.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Fire

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Police responded to the report of a fire. Upon investigation, the fire was under control and was simply a bonfire at a residence.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Mental Health Act

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Members responded to a call under the Mental Health Act.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Mischief

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ One report of mischief within the detachment area was solved this week, one is still under investigation and two incidents resulted in no charges. One of these incidents was alcohol-related.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Sexual Assault

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Carlyle RCMP are currently investigating a sexual assault.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Traffic Offences/Collisions

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Four non-injury collisions occurred within the detachment area this week. RCMP remind motorists to drive to road conditions.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ One hit and run involved one vehicle colliding with another. There were no injuries.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Police issued tickets, fines or warnings regarding the following offences: driving without vehicle registration and/or insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a licence and faling to wear a seatbelt.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Eight speeding tickets were issued this week.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Theft

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ A vehicle was stolen in Carlyle and has since been recovered.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Members dealt with one report of vandalism.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Well-Being Check(s)

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Members conducted two well-being checks. All was found to be well.
