Darren Simons. βHowever, we actually recommend them. Cameras often prevent theft and they also help to identify those who have committed offences.β

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ An individual in Redvers was fined $360 for having open liquor in a vehicle and received a three-day suspension under the Liquor Act. This individual was followed by a concerned off-duty RCMP member who called on-duty members to respond.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Carlyle RCMP assisted provincial conservation officers by arresting an individual on outstanding warrants. This individual was also found to be operating a motor vehicle while prohibited to do so, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle with licence plates that belonged to another vehicle. The vehicle in question was also found to have improper window tint. This individual was charged with numerous offences and later released. The vehicle in question was seized and towed.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Members conducted several curfew checks within the detachment area this week. During one of these checks, police arrested an individual for breaching their release conditions and as a result, this individual will appear in court in Estevan.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Carlyle RCMP responded to a call regarding child welfare within the detachment area.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ RCMP arrested and charged an individual for attempting to sell a property they did not own. This person rented a piece of property in Arcola and tried to sell it in Weyburn.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ RCMP issued a $100 fine to an individual who was transporting an uninsured trailer.
ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Members issued several speeding tickets and/or warnings during this period, with fines reaching $196.
ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ A motorist failed to produce a valid drivers licence.
ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ An individual operated a vehicle with an obstructed licence plate.
ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Traffic violations included: a motorist driving a vehicle without tail lights, a driver transporting an insecure load and a driver who did not complete the necessary paperwork for their vehicle.
