听听听听听听听听听听听 911 calls/Alarms

听听听听听听听听听听听 During this period, two 911 calls were received. Both were non-emergency in nature.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Three alarms from area businesses went off 鈥� two in Carlyle and one in Redvers.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Alcohol-related offences

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members recently made Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming checks at licensed establishments in the detachment area.

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP received the report of an impaired individual operating a boat. Members made patrols, but were unable to locate the individual.

听听听听听听听听听听听 In three separate incidences, two intoxicated individuals were lodged in cells until sober. Another intoxicated individual was spoken to by police, but was not lodged in cells.

听听听听听听听听听听听 A report of assault involving an intoxicated individual in the Carlyle area was deemed to be unfounded.

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP responded to a the report of an intoxicated male causing problems. However, when police听 arrived, this individual was gone.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Assault

听听听听听听听听听听听 An assault which occurred in the Carlyle area was reported to police. However, the complainant听 refused to lay charges.

听听听听听听听听听听听 An assault complaint originating from the Carlyle area was unfounded.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Assistance

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP assisted at the scene of a vehicle at the side of a highway with no lights on. Members directed traffic and ensured the road was safe for other drivers.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Carlyle RCMP assisted the Calgary Police Service with a fraud investigation.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members provided assistance to Supreme Ambulance Service of Carlyle.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Breach of Release Conditions

听听听听听听听听听听听 A youth was found to have breached their release conditions.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Police received a report about an individual who had apparently breached the conditions of their release. However, RCMP found that this was not the case.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Break and Enter

听听听听听听听听听听听 Individuals have been charged regarding a break and enter at Carlyle's Crescent Point Leisure Centre (swimming pool). RCMP believe that this offence is related to other incidents in the community.

听听听听听听听听听听听 An individual has been charged with breaking into a cottage in the Carlyle area.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Criminal Harassment

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP members dealt with a case of criminal harassment in the Redvers area, which was related to an incidence of fraud.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members responded to an incidence of criminal harassment in the Arcola area.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Disturbance

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members are currently investigating a disturbance which took place in Arcola.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Drugs

听听听听听听听听听听听 Drugs were seized and charges were laid by RCMP Traffic Services during a traffic stop in the detachment area.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Fraud

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members are currently investigating two files regarding the fraudulent use of debit cards in the Wawota area.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Police are currently investigating another incidence of fraud in the detachment area, in which the theft of a debit card is suspected.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Harassing Communications

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP dealt with a case of harassing communications via text.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Missing Person

听听听听听听听听听听听 Carlyle RCMP received a report of a missing person. Police found that this individual was already in custody.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Property Damage

听听听听听听听听听听听 In Manor, mirrors were broken off of several vehicles.

听听听听听听听听听听听 In Carlyle, a youth was charged with breaking another youth's bicycle.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Sexual Exploitation

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP are currently investigating a case of sexual exploitation within the detachment area.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Sexual Interference

听听听听听听听听听听听 Police are currently conducting an investigation regarding a case of sexual interference.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Theft

听听听听听听听听听听听 The theft of money from a Carlyle area residence is still under investigation by RCMP.

听听听听听听听听听听听 A jerry can was stolen from a Kenosee Lake residence.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Traffic offences

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP investigated a hit and run in the detachment area.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members responded to the report of an erratic driver.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Three motorists were charged with driving while disqualified.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Police fined five motorists $580 each for vehicle insurance offences. The fine for transporting an uninsured trailer is $115. Staff Sgt. Simons says: 鈥淭railers can be registered monthly. Instead of registering a trailer for the entire year, a trailer can be registered from May to October. Doing this is cheaper than paying a fine and more convenient, too.鈥�

听听听听听听听听听听听 In two separate collisions near Kisbey, a motorist hit a moose and another driver hit a dear. Both vehicle operators were unhurt.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Staff Sgt. Simons says that the Carlyle RCMP detachment is still receiving reports of motorists passing school bus drivers on solid lines as well as motorists ignoring school bus stop arms and lights. 鈥淲e urge motorists to use caution around school buses and to be cognizant of safety. Please consider the safety of the children riding school buses.鈥�

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP dealt with six intersection-related offences this week and three seatbelt violations.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Police issued several speeding tickets during this period, with the most expensive fine reaching $206.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members dealt with several motorists who were operating cell phones while driving.

听听听听听听听听听听听 RCMP dealt with violations regarding the logbooks of drivers of large trucks.

听听听听听听听听听听听 A driver was charged with stunting.

听听听听听听听听听听听 A farmer was hauling equipment at too high a speed, therby causing a traffic hazard.

听听听听听听听听听听听 A driver was charged with not displaying a licence plate properly.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Members issued several inspection tickets and warnings regarding: mud flaps, muffler exhaust, improper window tint and cracked or broken windshields.

听听听听听听听听听听听 In Carlyle, a youth was charged with uttering threats.
