ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ An assault with a weapon which took place in the Carlyle area resulted in an individual being charged with that offence as well as several other offences. This individual was lodged in cells until they could appear in court.

Individuals - who had not seen the vehicle themselves - alsoΒ made numerous reports to the RCMP. Police found that nothing unlawful had occurred.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ RCMP are also investigating a theft of under $5,000 which occurred in the Manor area. This theft also included the theft of cigarettes, a wallet and a credit card. The credit card was used by the thief.

ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Eleven intersection-related offences occurred this week within the detachment area. The fine for this offence is $230.
ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Police issued several speeding tickets, with the most expensive fine totalling $230.
ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Carlyle RCMP also issued fines and/or warnings for: seatbelt violations, failure to produce a driver's licence, inadequate vehicle headlamps and brake lights, misuse of licence plates and following a vehicle too closely. Members also issued inspection tickets and/or warnings for improper tint on a vehicle's windows.
