The Carlyle RCMP received 56 calls during the week of Nov. 29 to Dec. 6.
Assistance
In Carlyle RCMP members assisted the Lumsden detachment in serving a subpoena.Member also provided assistance in Carlyle to social services. The Carlyle detachment met with Resources (HUB) to assist with wayward youth.In Redvers, assistance was provided to a female regarding concerns surrounding a restraining order.In the local area assistance was provided to an individual that was not clothed properly.In the local area assistance was provided to the EMS regarding a Carbon Monoxide alarm, it was determined it was bad battery.There were concerns about a young boy being lock out of his home in the local area. He was taken to another residence.
In Arcola assistance was provided in dealing with an individual making threats to post incriminating pictures.
Breach of the PeaceIn the local area there was a breach of peace caused by an argument between two people, the argument was resolved. In the local area an individual refused to leave a residence, the matter was resolved peacefully.There was a possible breach of recognisance conditions in the local area. It was found that the individual was returning late because of bad weather.There were reports of a possible intoxicated 17-year-old youth. He was found to be sober and there were no issues. In the local area there were reports of disturbing the peace, the subject was being boisterous. He was taken to another residence.In Manor there were complaints of disturbing the peace. Checks were made and it was determined to be unfounded.
Hit and Run
There was a report of hit and run north of Carlyle, a vehicle was side swiped by a semi tanker. The matter is currently under investigation.
False Alarm
In Manor there were reports of a false alarm, however it was discovered that the karate group from Saskatoon that stayed at the school had mistakenly set off the alarm.In Manor an alarm was set off by someone cooking breakfast.There was a false alarm in Carlyle; however it has not yet been discovered how the alarm was set off at one of the schools.
IntoxicationIn the local area an intoxicated 38-year-old -female was charged under the First Nations bylaws for disorderly conduct.In the local area an intoxicated 33 year old male was arrested after being involved in a fight. He was charged under the bylaw for disorderly conduct.
Mischief
There were reports of mischief in the local area. A beer bottle was broken and no one wanted to lay any charges.In the local area there was report of mischief. It was individuals having an argument. It was however resolved.In Forget there were reports of mischief. The matter is currently under investigation.
Traffic Infractions
On hwy 13 near Carlyle, a 30-year-old male was fined $138 for speeding.
On hwy 13 near Carlyle a 37-year-old- female was fined $198 for speedingA 23-year-old female was fined $182 for speeding in Arcola.On hwy 9 near White Bear, a 34-year-old female was fined $123 for speeding and $580 for driving an unregistered vehicle.A 55-year-old female was fined $190 for speeding on hwy 13 near Carlyle.
A 27-year-old male was fined $136 for speeding on hwy 13 near Carlyle. In Arcola a 20-year-old male was fined $200 for speeding.
A 20-year-old male was fined $202 for speeding on hwy 13 near Carlyle.
Theft
In Redvers a white enclosed car trailer was stolen, the matter in still under investigation. In Redvers Christmas decorations were reported stolen.In Kisbey there were reports of the theft of a flat deck trailer. It was later found to be borrowed and not stolen.
CollisionsIn the local area there was a traffic collision. The vehicle was located in a ditch, there were no injuries but a man was found in the back seat and he refused to leave. EMS was dispatched and he was taken to the hospital with a possible heart condition.
There was a single vehicle accident in the local area, the driver swerved from hitting a deer, there were no injuries.
There was a traffic collision near Redvers. Two vehicles had backed into each other. There were no injuries.
Other Calls
There was a complaint of a municipal by law being broken requiring a vehicle to be moved. The owner was contacted and the vehicle was moved.
In Arcola there were reports of possible impaired drivers, members patrolled the area. A Christmas party was located at a residence but arrangements were already made for people to be transported safely.
There reports of an erratic driver in Carlyle, checks were made but the vehicle was not located.On hwy 9 police executed a warrant, while carrying out the process the 49-year-old individual resisted arrest and has been charged.There were reports of a suspicious person on in the local area. The individual was located and it was determined the person was not a threat.In Arcola there were reports of individual uttering threats. The matter was eventually resolved.There was a report of possible forgery in Arcola. The matter is still under investigation.On hwy 9 in White Bear a 30-year old driver was charged with having an alcohol level of .08 and driving while disqualified. In the local area an intoxicated individual at a residence was warned.In Manor there were reports of an assault, the complainant declined to lay a charge.There was also report of assault on the local area and is under investigation.
