Congratulations to Jordan and Ana Lyn Trinidad on the birth of their daughter, Ahreeyah Jade. She was born Nov. 17 and weighed eight pounds, two ounces.

She was born Nov. 17 and weighed eight pounds, two ounces. She is a sister for Dana and Jamir and a granddaughter for Josrfina Trinidad (Jordan's mother) and Jimmy Biscarra (Ana Lyn's father), both in the Philippines.

Gordon and Val spent 10 days at Strathmore, Alta., where they were looking after their grandsons, Jacob, Ben and Zachery Van Dresar while their parents were at work. They also visited with Steve and Lila Brehaut.

Born to Nikki Morceau and Brandan Stoudt, a baby girl on Nov. 13. She weighed six pounds and nine ounces and has been named Katie Rose. She is a sister for Oliver and a granddaughter for Sue Leney of Manitoba and Jay and Rhonda Stoudt of Airdrie, Alta. Great-grandparents are Cecile Cudmore and Harold Cudmore of Manor.

Brett Westphal of Wrentham, Alta., visited for several days in Wawota recently. He visited with his mom and dad, Carol and Clarence Westphal and also spent some time with Lisa and Roger Boutin.

Wawota would like to welcome Treena Epp who is the new director at the Wawota Day Care.

Stephen Buffet and Tina Pilloud, Hannah and Kyle have moved to Melville. Taylor Pilloud and her fiancée Mathieu moved there earlier this year.

Congratulations to Raymond and Laurel Charles who celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 6

On Oct. 22, three Wawota residents were in Regina for surgery. Joe Blaise and Carol Nicurity are home and Saundra Corkish is receiving therapy in the Moosomin Hospital.
