Update: Blowing snow advisories lifted for southern Saskatchewan

Snow continues to fall and winds remain strong Tuesday morning.

A blowing snow advisory has ended in southern Saskatchewan.

SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN - The blowing snow advisory that was in effect for most of southern Saskatchewan is now over. 

Environment Canada lifted the advisory early on Tuesday. It had been in effect since Monday morning. 

Many communities in southern Saskatchewan are still reporting snow and light winds Tuesday. 

Winter conditions exist on highways throughout southern Saskatchewan. Most of them also showed poor visibility as of Tuesday morning.
