Carlyle Town Council held their regular bi-weekly meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 31. Council's next meeting will take place at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 21 at the Carlyle Civic Centre. This meeting is scheduled later in the month due to the annual SUMA (Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association) convention in Regina, which the Mayor, the Town Administrator and some members of council will attend.
SUMA Convention
           Council discussed logistics and concerns to be addressed during this year's SUMA convention Feb. 4-7 in Regina.
Public Works Report
           Town of Carlyle Public Works Superintendent Todd Thompson gave an informal report to members of council regarding needed repairs to equipment and upcoming issues concerning the community's infrastructure.Â
