It has been a very busy month of May considering there have been so many students from Stoughton Central School to go to track and badminton districts and eventually regionals.

It has been a very busy month of May considering there have been so many students from Stoughton Central School to go to track and badminton districts and eventually regionals. Congratulations to the Rookie Badminton students who went to Arcola, Sydney Kingdon, David Katay, Braydon Johnstone, Blake Dempsey as Boys doubles. Kienen Piper and Dylan Breault for boys singles. Beth-ann Goudy and Ashley Breault for girls doubles, Madison Campbell as girls singles. Excellent job for all of them and to the people who moved on to Mayfield. As for the junior students, Ryan Folk, Selenea Reige as mixed doubles, Travis Corbin for singles. Congratulations to Ryan Folk and Selenea Reige for winning first place in their tournament as the mixed doubles team.

Many students also went to the following track meet in Weyburn, Declan Cameron, Rhett Folk, Jeremy Ogrodnick, Ryan Folk, Rick Davis, Matthew Silzer, Michael Klatt, Amanda Cameron, Kaelan Reany, Lacy Raynard, Dylan Breault, Rayanna Mcgill, Sandra Davis, Jessica Davis, Taylor Hugo, Catlin Dempsey, Beth-ann Goudy, Dylan Turner, Joel Davis, and Brendan Rogers. So many who had participated, and lots of them had placed in the top 3 with ribbons, Ryan Folk with two first places and one second for all running events, Rhett Folk with a second place ribbon for 100m, Bethann Goudy first place and a new regional record for discuss, Catlin Dempsey second place ribbon in 100m Kaelan Reany second place ribbon in discuss. Jessica Davis, first place ribbon in high jump. Very good job to all of them, also congratulations to the people who moved on. Congratulations also goes out to Dylan Turner and Emile Hotomanie who will be going onto Provincials in Track this weekend. Good luck to everyone!

Grad will be occurring on June 29th so we would like to say congratulations to all of our Stoughton Central Graduates who have worked hard to acquire all of their hard earned achievements! Our graduates include Reid Bowes, Tyler Corbin, Garret Dempsey, Courtney Knibbs, Charlayna McGill, Mark Miskolczi, Ricky Phillips, Dayton Picard, Brendan Rogers and Dylan Turner.
