The Pearl Boutique, currently situated beside Cut and Curl hair salon, will be moving location very soon.

Nicole Currie and Amy Geiger have owned The Pearl for four years. They offer a variety of unique items with a huge selection of fun Christmas goodies this holiday season.

"The Pearl Boutique is now going to be in where Cornerstone Shoes is. We'll have the front and Sears will stay in the back," Currie explained.

The new space will have a larger show room for The Pearl's products on display.

"It's just a great opportunity for us and we're very excited about it," Currie happily stated.

"It's been a long process, but this last little bit has gone quite quickly which is exciting," Currie said.

Quite quickly indeed as The Pearl will be closing this Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday to prepare for their Grand Opening on Wednesday, Nov. 28. The Grand Opening will be held at 1 p.m. with a ribbon cutting. Cake will also be available for their patrons in celebration of their big move.

"You can't have a party without cake," Currie laughed.

That evening The Pearl will be open until 7 p.m. and will be ready for Dickens weekend which is fast approaching. Draws will also be made throughout the day for different gifts, which are going to be a surprise for that day. Stop in to find out what you might be able to win and to look at the fantastic merchandise the ladies from The Pearl have to offer.

"We're thankful we've got amazing customers, we've had fun with the store and have had wonderful support from the community and the surrounding area. We're excited for our new location and this new opportunity," Currie stated.
