ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ern Plains Co-op employees hosted a BBQ on Wednesday, Aug. 30, as a way to fundraise for a new project. βWeβre looking to raise money for benches to be distributed amongst the communities we serve,β Debbie Jack explained. βThe more money we raise the more places we can give benches to.β The first bench will be going to the Arcola Daycare, but the group from across all ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ern Plains Co-ops are excited to be able to continue raising money to be able to give back to the communities they serve. βWeβre hoping to do a BBQ next month and we have a lot of other ideas coming up including a special project to start up once the kids go back to school, which theyβll really like.β
