The community of Manor will again see a café operate out of the building at 42 Main Street. Â
Formerly known as Kevin’s Hamburger House, The Duck Inn and Manor Café, the 629 Family Restaurant opened on Aug. 15 and will be operated by Tony and Tina Le, who originally came to Canada from Vietnam. Â
The original Duck Inn was opened by the Doerr family and then was moved to the present location when it was operated by Ken and Regina Bye.Â
The menu has a wide selection of Canadian and Chinese dishes and some Vietnamese cuisine as well.Â
The restaurant will open Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., except for Saturdays, when it will open at 11 a.m. Customers will need to bring cash until the café has Interac for credit and debit cards.Â
