ASSINIBOIA - The Recreation and Community Committee of the Town of Assiniboia will host a Community Halloween Carnival on Sunday, October 24.
Proof of double vaccination will be required for anyone over the age of 18.
The event starts with the “Happy Halloween Scooby Doo” matinee movie at 1 p.m.
A Halloween Carnival in the Prince of Wales Auditorium will follow from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
The Halloween Carnival will include cookie decorating, carnival games, treats and prizes, and face painting.
