聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 The Kisbey/Arcola United Church is going to be putting a fun new twist in FUNdraiser as they are organizing 鈥淕uess who鈥檚 coming to dinner?鈥� to raise funds for the youth group鈥檚 upcoming Ontario trip.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Margaret Carr explained, 鈥淪o, either you are a host or a guest. The host knows how many are going to be attending, as well as the when and where. Guests, however, only know when and where to go; so, they don鈥檛 know who is hosting them that night or who the others attending will be. We鈥檝e done this fundraiser in the past and it鈥檚 really a lot of fun; there鈥檚 always good food and good company.鈥�
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 To participate in the event as either a host or a guest there are registration forms at both the United Church and post office in Arcola, or you can contact Carr at (306)455-2203.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 鈥淚鈥檒l be matching hosts and guests up; I do need a little bit of information, such as if someone has allergies,鈥� Carr said.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Cost for the event is $15 for an adult and $7 for a child.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 鈥淲e鈥檙e ready anytime and will make it work for when people are able to make it,鈥� Carr added. 鈥淲e鈥檙e looking to run it through the rest of the winter.鈥�
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensuring youth are engaged and active in a community is important, and this is one way the Kisbey/Arcola United Church aims to do that.
