GFK has basketball! Junior basketball for boys and girls is happening Mondays and Wednesdays after school. Grades 7 to 9 can join. Thanks to Mr. Broccolo and Miss Scherle for co-coaching.
Sr. Badminton has 鈥渙pen鈥� practices Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00pm.
The Junior Mixed Curling Team is heading to Maryfield on Feb. 6 and 7 to compete in the SEDAA playoffs.
Junior Drama continues weekly as they get ready for their performance in the months ahead. Practices in February will be Wednesdays from 6 to 8pm at GFK School and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:30 at CES.
The next SCC meeting is on Wednesday, February 11, 2015.聽 The meeting is a joint meeting between the elementary school and the high school.聽 It will take place at 7:00 pm at the elementary school.All parents are welcome.
Just a reminder to all parents about Home Logic and the Parent Portal. This is a great tool to view your children鈥檚 marks in all of their classes. Contact the school to learn more about accessing these marks.
The February school break is from Monday, February 16th, to Friday, February 20th.
