Term 3 Report Cards

Report cards for all grades will be sent home on Friday, March 31. Student Led Conferences are from 5:00 PM 鈥� 8:00 PM on April 4th and 5th.听 There is no school on Friday, April 7.听 The Easter Break is from April 14-21.

GFK badminton has started. Both junior and senior teams will be practicing twice a week and taking part in tournaments and exhibition games throughout the season. Important dates : Junior Badminton Pre-districts 鈥� Tuesday, May 2nd , Districts 鈥� Saturday, May 6th,听Senior Badminton Pre-districts 鈥� Tuesday, April 25th , Districts 鈥� Saturday, April 29th , Regionals 鈥� Saturday, May 6th, Provincials 鈥� Saturday, May 13th .

Fitness club has been running since the beginning of September with many eager students coming out Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 7:45 鈥� 8:30. All students and fitness levels are welcome to come at any time. Get your day started right with some exercise.

Congratulations to Emily Bouchard and Kiara Scammell who have pieces published in this year鈥檚 edition of Young Saskatchewan Writers. We are fortunate to have such talented writers in our school.

The next School Community Council Meeting is on April 12, 2017.听 All interested community members are invited to attend the meeting at 7:00 in the GFK library.
