Just to let parents know, our awesome GFK librarian, Mrs. Richardson, will order book suggestions from students. If they will read it, she will get it!
On the last Thursday of the month, students from the GF.Kells High School will be out in community for 2 hours after school (3:15-5:15). They will be volunteering their time to make our community a better, cleaner place. If you would like some extra help, we are here for you. Whether it's picking garbage, raking leaves, shoveling snow, or anything else, our students are willing to help! The male staff at the high school will be participating in the Movember moustache growing challenge to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer research.
Term 1 Report Cards will be sent out on Tuesday, November 26th, 2013. Parents, please look for these!
Parent Teacher Interviews (3 Way Conferencing) are scheduled for Wednesday, November 27th, and Thursday, November 28th, from 5:00 to 8:00pm in the evenings.
There will be no school on Friday, November 29th, 2013, in lieu of P/T Interviews the previous evenings.
