Farrell Agencies was founded in 1974 by Dave Farrell in Yorkton. In 2002 the business was reorganized and Jason Farrell along with Dave Nussbaumer took over operations.

During this time Jason explains Farrell Agencies continued to grow, expanding their services to the surrounding areas of Yorkton and further.

Yorkton office has remained the head of operations, but Farrell Agencies now operates out of Bredenbury, Churchbridge, Foam Lake, and, most recently, Stoughton after obtaining Tramer Insurance.

"When we were made aware of expanding into Stoughton we discussed it internally and thought this was a great opportunity..." Jason stated.

He went on to explain that Stoughton and surrounding area will continue to see caring service, which is something Jason says Farrell Agencies prides itself on.

"We strive for the best customer service experience anywhere in Saskatchewan," Jason stated. "We want to support the community and get involved."

"It's the same business model we've always used, which focuses on superior customer service."

This is something Farrell Agencies continues to strive for as it is a large part of why Jason took to the business.

"I've always enjoyed people and sales, and that's kind of what the insurance business deals with, providing the best customer service to people we can," Jason explained.

To reiterate Farrell Agencies focus on customer service, Jason also said: "Our customers tell us that [we have superior customer service] and they're the true voice."

"We've also received the City of Yorkton's Customer Service Provider of the Year in 2012 and this is a reflection not only of the Yorkton office, but all of our offices."

Thus, Jason invites everyone with any kind of insurance need to stop by the office in Stoughton as they recently took over the services from Keith Tramer who owned Tramer Insurance.

"We invite all people in Stoughton and the surrounding area to find out how Farrell can provide them with their insurance needs," Jason said.

Now having been in Stoughton for over a month, Jason is very happy with the welcoming attitude of those in the area.

"The reception has been overwhelming," Jason stated. "It's very satisfying to be able to come into a community and be welcomed with such open arms."

Farrell Agencies found at 305 Main St. in Stoughton is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jason was pleased to say it would remain open during noon hour to provide clients with accessibility.

In addition to customer service and accessibility, Farrell Agencies provides options to their clients, finding the one to best suit the client's needs.

"We represent some unique markets that will be able to present people with some alternative insurance options," Jason explained.
