Update from the Estevan Police Service.

ESTEVAN - The Estevan Police Service has provided more information on thefts that have occurred in the city this week.

According to a post through the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network, in the past week, the EPS received multiple reports of vehicles, homes and garages being entered illegally. Some jewelry and alcohol were taken in the initial reports the EPS received.

Police have also been called to recover items that seem to have been placed or stashed in neighbouring yards. It is unknown if they are related to thefts in the area, but if anyone has had property taken and have not reported it, the EPS says it would love to hear from them.

"We may have your property or know where you can pick it up," the EPS said in the message.

The most recent thefts have occurred on Spruce Drive, Willow Bay and Maple Bay in northeast Estevan.

"Please continue to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity around the city and don't hesitate to call and report it," the EPS said.

Earlier in the week, the EPS reported it had been called to break and enters and reports of property damage in northeast Estevan.
