Update: Tornado warning lifted in the southeast

Many communities in the southeast were affected by tornado warnings.

A tornado warning has been lifted in the southeast.

SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN - The tornado warnings for southeast Saskatchewan were lifted early Tuesday.

The first of the warnings came into effect just after 8 p.m. Monday night. As the storm that caused the warnings moved east, communities were added to the warnings while others were removed. Numerous rural municipalities were affected by a tornado warning over the course of Monday night. 

Severe thunderstorm warnings were also issued in the southeast Monday night.
