The Cornerstone Theatre Group made a donation of $1,000.00 to the Carlyle and District Food Bank. Cornerstone Theatre members Diane Tweitmeyer and Craig Savill organized the donation and forwarded the cheque to Theresa Luedtke at the Food Bank.
        The Cornerstone Theatre group is a local organization that survives on the goodwill and support of the community and area and wanted to show they are grateful for all the support they receive.
        During this COVID-19 pandemic, a growing number of people are dependent on the Food Bank and the Theatre group wants to encourage anyone that is able to make a donation to do so.
     The Food Bank also welcomes cash donations as this helps them purchase items directly that they are short on in order to provide for those needing its services.
