On Wed., Aug. 28, the CIBC held a fundraising BBQ for the CIBC Run for the Cure to end breast cancer.  The actual run is being held Oct. 6 in Regina and it is uncertain as to whether a staff member from Carlyle will run, but they will be donating the proceeds from their BBQ, along with the money earned through raffle tickets and a 50/50 draw. Mike Makelki was the lucky winner of the 50/50 draw.

Collene Verbeem and Joy Luzong were kept busy with the BBQ and former staff Gordon Paulley and Sharon Humphries were happy to help them out. AQT Water Management (Alameda/Stoughton), Carlyle Â鶹ÊÓƵern Plains Co-op and Carlyle Food World were sponsors of the event and their donations are gratefully acknowledged.
