Carlyle Town Council had their second meeting of 2021 on Jan. 20.

The council all agreed to allow the displaying of grad banners along Main Street to support the 2021 graduating class from the Gordon F. Kells High School. This will be the second straight year that grad banners have been located on Main Street.

Also, the town of Carlyle will be participating in the 2021 Saskatchewan Blue Cross Go Out and Play Challenge. This is happening in hopes that the town can raise funds for the new spray park. The council is asking that the residents create an account and log their minutes of play and physical activity to support the community. Those who live outside of the community can log physical activity minutes to support Carlyle.

For more information on this you can check out the town website at www.townofcarlyle.com. This challenge will run from March 1-10. The winners will be announced on March 12.
