Carlyle town council met Wednesday, April 3 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

Preliminary education mill rates have come in and appear to be staying the same, as council continues to work on their budget.

Carlyle Fun Dayz is scheduled to take place August 17.

The Sustainability Project will be holding a seminar on Reducing Isolation in Seniors on April 12, 2019.

The town is looking to cost to purchase portable radar signs, crosswalk signs and Led STOP signs, as part of a safety grant through SGI.  The portability of the radar signs would be very useful in school zones and playground areas as a reminder to drivers to watch their speed.

Friday., April 26 is your last chance to apply for the Sask. Lotteries Grant, focusing on Sports, Culture, Recreation and the Arts. If you have questions, the staff at the Town Office will be happy to help.

Saturday., May 25 will be a No Fee Day at the Transfer Station for Carlyle residents. Since this is the Saturday following May Long, it will be handy for those who have been busy cleaning up their homes and yards.
