Workers from Safrane Construction of Regina are nearing completion of the ICF walls and will be placing the concrete for the main structure of Carlyle’s new fire hall during the week of February 3 to 7.

Work on the new facility began in December 2019 and has progressed with no major delays or design problems. Safrane will also be placing the concrete for the floor slabs.

The roof structure will come next, once the concrete has cured for the proper amount of time and as well, other trades such as framers, mechanical and electrical will soon arrive on site.

DSI is the general contractor managing the construction of this project.
